Responsibility of Job 主要工作职责：
1. Manage warehouse Matters 负责仓库事宜;
2. Deliver products properly to support customer/ production needs 根据客户需求，运送货物;
3. To ensure achievement of warehouse objectives, handle Ambu order/ shipment according to Ambu’s procedure 确保达成供应链目标，根据公司的章程规定处公司订单和货物;
4. Maintain inventory transaction records and update inventory in Movex timely, make sure inventory in Movex is updated and correct. 适时在Movex系统中维护移库数据并及时更新库存数据， 确保Movex的库存数据是更新的并且是准确的。
5. Physical counting accurate rate 〉＝99.7% 库存准确率〉＝99.7%
6. Work with shipping colleague to improve in orders delivery and service level 配合出货团队，提高交货及服务水平
7. Well manage special/ dangerous goods 管理好特殊物品及危险品
8. Slow moving items and obsoleted items management 呆滞物料的管控
9.Keep a reasonable inventory level to support production needs, deliver material properly to support production needs. Achieve inventory target 保持合理的库存水平以支持生产所需，运输物料以供生产需要， 实现库存目标
10. Support customs function, make sure pass Customs inventory audit 支持关务，确保通过海关的盘仓
11. Comply with Ambu’s rules and follow FDA regulation/ audit compliance, to ensure pass eventual audit 遵守公司的规定和FDA的规章及审核条例， 确保通过审核
12. Overtime control for warehouse stock keeper 仓管员的加班调控
13. Monitor warehouse stock keeper’s performance 管控仓管员的表现
14. Maintain a safety and clean environment in the warehouse保持安全和干净的仓库环境
15. Improve the skills and performances of all the warehouse stock keeper 提高仓库团队的技能和执行力
16. Support related department of warehouse matters 支持相关部门的供应链事宜

Competency（s）综合素质：
1. Bachelor’s Degree education 本科学历
2. Above 5 years relations working experience 5年以上相关工作经验
3. High and excellent English speaking ＆ writing skills. 良好的英文会话及书写能力
4. Good communication way 良好的沟通
5. Know the requirements of ISO and FDA 了解ISO和FDA的要求
6. Understand MRP 了解MRP
7. Planning and Inventory management experience 计划和库存管理经验
8. Have a general idea about the business follow of warehouse job 对仓库部门的业务的总体了解
9. Strong Leadership 较强的领导力
10. Skilled Microsoft office 熟练应用办公软件

  安保（厦门）塑胶工业有限公司的前身是创立于1998年的巨贸有限公司，总公司于2000年10月将其收购之后，正式进入厦门，成立了安保（厦门）塑胶工业有限公司，成为安保在亚洲的主要生产基地，包括生命维护设备和训练设备。
  目前，公司坐落于厦门象屿保税区内，投资额80万美金，厂房面积约1.8万平方米，其中包括行政办公区、注塑车间、加工车间、仓库等，公司还拥有两个10万级的洁净车间，所有产品销往全球各大洲。
