Responsibilities:
1. Involves in the Sales Forecasting reviews
2. Manages inventories, ensuring inventories are at optimum level and fulfilling the country service level expectation
3. Manages product conversions, source of supply changes
4. Backup for Finished Item Planner for other countries
5. Driving and participating in any project as required

Requirements:
1. Diploma or University graduate.
2. At least 3-5 years supply chain experience in Asia within an ERP-SAP environment.
3. Team player with ability to deal with people at all levels in a professional and respectful manner.
4. Pro-active attitude with a sense of urgency .
5. Able to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision .
6. Possess ability to prioritize work to deliver commitments on time.
7. Good organizational and communication skills.
8. Knowledge of multiple material planning methods and MRP methodology will be advanced.
9. Good PC skills - well versed in Microsoft Office programs.
10. Ability to be assertive when required to ensure business requirements are met.
11. Process oriented with good follow up and record keeping skills.
12. Experienced in performance monitoring to ensure KPIs are met and management reporting provided.
13. Good written & oral English skill is required.
14. Understanding of lean principle is preferred.
