Principal Responsibilities

· Responsible for HK and TW BMS design and maintenance.

· Responsible for driving data management and providing the strong analysis for business indicators in terms of account analysis, customer behavior analysis, leading LOB indicator, opportunities indicator, etc.

· Responsible of analyzing business needs to define the BMS improvement opportunities via working with APJ reporting team and strategic office.

· Involved in sales and marketing planning from RAD analysis perspective to give voice and insights of BA via working with sales leaders and marketing counterparts.


Qualification:

· Have excellent data acumen to be capable of quickly understanding the business needs/priorities

· Broad understanding of Dell’s business processes and systems, be capable of interpreting business requirement into the technical terms

· Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and fundamental relationship database knowledge preferred

· Better to have experience in business process design and re-engineering； hands-on experience with process and data analysis

· Better to have project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects and juggle priorities effectively to meet the targets

· Good eye on details, desire to deep dive in the details, meanwhile having the strategy agility

· Excellent English communication skills, strong English writing and documentation skills

· Strong sense of team player, positively embrace diversities and be capable of engage diverse views and drive for the optimal solution

· Pride in quality deliverables and keep commitments, able to work under pressure

· Able to work independently with a high degree of self-discipline
