1、负责完成中心年度既定招生任务；

To achieve the annual enrollment plan；

2、负责中心的学术管理工作，保证中心的教学质量及服务质量；

To manage the academic work of a learning center to ensure the quality of teaching and service；

3、负责中心的行政管理包括：中心人员招聘、中心文化建设、行政人事制度的建立、绩效考核制度的制定；

To be responsible for the administrative work including: staff recruitment, corporate culture building, development of the administrative and HR system, and performance assessment system in a learning center；

1、本科以上学历，热爱教育行业，年龄在30岁以上，3岁以上孩子家长优先；

.A love for children and teaching, age above 30；

2、具备良好的演讲、沟通、协调、组织和执行能力；

Good ability in negotiation, communication, and presentation；

3、有过团队管理经验；

Have team management experiences in an organization；

4、有过创业经历者优先；

Entrepreneurial experience is preferred；

上班时间：每周六天工作制，周二至周五15：00-21：00，周末每天8个小时
