工作职责：
1. Identify research, evaluate and select suppliers that meet the organization’s standards of price, quality, timing and reliability of supply. Identify research, evaluate and coordinate supplier selection in scouting process for new technologies.
2. Manage the request for quotation （RFQ） process: supplier bids, tenders, proposals and/or quotations. Track raw material cost during the NPD phase in coordination with procurement manager/director.
3. Execute sourcing activities during New Concept Development and New Product Development phases.
4.Manage supplier to assure stable supply by reduce quality issue and delay delivery and service complaint for achieving KPI. And ensure sourcing data integrity.

Educational background in mechanical engineering
Knowledge of cost price calculation and analysis
Knowledge of the principles of corporate social responsibility and quality control
Technical knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes for plastics, metals, packaging, hardware and understanding of the cost drivers for these processes
Knowledge of international supplier agreements and terms and conditions negotiation
Strong negotiation skills
Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal

Bugaboo is a Dutch company, famous for its innovative and breakthrough design of high-end strollers. Since 1994, the first Bugaboo stroller was designed. Bugaboo has been always focusing on the high-end multi-function baby strollers.
