fancl无添加专柜美容顾问柜员 厦门中华城店 每月167个小时，早晚班+做一休一，月休6天。
基本综合底薪2000-2300+提成（个提）
*入职起可享有保证收入税前4500-4800元
*入职当月/次月缴纳五险一金，每月发放1000元左右自用产品

岗位职责：
1.从事商场柜台的销售工作，通过团队协作按时完成公司给予的销售指标；
2.积极主动的提供客户咨询服务，了解客户需求以及反馈信息，维护好品牌形象；
3.负责做好货品的销售记录，配合盘点以及陈列相关工作；
4.积极参与公司组织的员工培训，以达到店铺销售人员所具备的综合素质要求，提高业绩的达成率；
5.积极主动的与顾客保持相应的联系，维护好老顾客，开发潜在顾客；
6.执行公司的各项政策。

招聘对象:
1年及以上化妆品或快速消费品销售经验者优先；

职位要求：
1.18-35岁，高中以上学历；
2.有责任心、待人友善、有亲和力、性格开朗、热诚；
3.皮肤好，容貌端正；身高1.55米以上；
4.良好的沟通技巧、表达能力，具团队合作精神；
5.懂计算机操作；

工作时间：
一个月工作167个小时，排班一天6-8个小时，一个月休息6-7天。
