职责：
执行公司的操作流程以良好的态度为客户提供卓越优质的服务；
与发货人/国外同事（或代理）沟通并确认出货计划
确保以准时的服务态度去对待所有客户的订单与及时准确地回复客户的问题；
根据国外公司或代理指令安排订舱等事项
具有团队精神，紧密地与本部及其它部门的同事进行日常沟通，确保能满足客户的需求及能解决日常业务问题；
在必要时紧密跟踪货物动态，例如难度大的货物及因故推迟的货物等，并同时保证有效的内部及与客户之间的沟通；
了解并熟悉操作成本，对于任何因需要提供额外操作要求的客户进行报价，并提供正确的交接单给财务部门；
执行上级主管分配的特殊任务/项目。
要求：
大专及以上学历，良好的英文读写能力，能用书面英语与国外客户或同事顺利地进行沟通；
当工作需要时愿意加班;
能高效地在客户设定的截止日期内完成任务;
大学英语4级或以上，物流专业或接受过相关专业培训者优先;
