Your responsibility
1. Be responsible for communication with customers or agents, arrange the shipment export.
负责与客户/代理进行联系，安排货物的出口事宜；
2. Be responsible for answering the overall process, such as: receive order, overseas confirmation, booking, transportation, goods Inspection, customs declaration, delivery and shipment tracking.
负责货物运输整体流程的运转，如接收订单、海外确认、订舱、运输、查货、 报关、交货和货物跟踪等；
3. Be responsible for settle goods operation problem, communication with customs broker, coordinate and communication with customer and settle customer consulting.
负责解决货物操作过程中的问题，和报关行联系沟通工作；与客户协调、沟通，解答客户咨询；
4. Be responsible for handling all kinds of emergencies and promptly report to the leader.
负责处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报;
5.Receive booking instruction from CS/OP, and file in the correct information to AS 400 to create the job & HBL
根据客服和操作的要求, 根据托书以及货物新在AS400 系统 输入正确信息建JOB, 生成提单
6.Check the bill of lading with customer in time及时与客户核对提单信息
7.The entry of accounts receivable and payable and check, production costs to confirm the financial billing; The sorting of documents and document filing.应收和应付费用的录入和核对，制作费用确认单交财务开票；单证及文档的整理归档；
8.Complete other work arranged by direct supervisor and department manager.
完成直接主管或部门经理安排的其他事宜。

We expect
1. College degree or above, logistics/foreign trade or related major preferred
专科及以上学历,物流/外贸或相关专业毕业优先考虑
2. Be carefully, serious, good communication, good teamwork spirt, open and clear character, can under the strong working pressure.
认真细心,善于沟通，有良好的团队协作精神；性格开朗，能承受一定的工作压力
3. Familiar with office software, good listening and speaking ability, good communication with overseas agent independently.
熟悉office办公软件；有良好的英语听说写能力，能独立与海外代理及客户沟通
4. With over 1 year forwarding operation experience.
有货代业务指定货操作1年以上经验。
5. Sense of responsibility, ability to multi-task, manage time well and finish work before deadline.
责任感强, 能同时处理多项工作任务，良好的管理工作时间并按时完成工作。
