岗位职责:
Develop targeted and relevant business within China to achieve your target.
开发中国市场相关业务,实现目标增长。
Visit customers frequently and go through sites if necessary.
拜访客户,实地考察业务;
Prepare appropriate solutions and proposal to customer under application engineer and product manager support.
在应用工程师和产品经理的支持下为客户提供合适的解决方案和建议;
Buy in solution selling and apply it in routine work;
将解决方案运用到日常工作中;
Develop sales visit plan and sales pipeline.
制定销售拜访计划和销售渠道。
Ues CRM to report milestones of projects on time
及时使用CRM进行追踪
To do forecasts and report market information regularly.
定期做市场预测和报告
Manage whole sales process from begining to close.
从始至终管理整个销售流程
Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
建立和维护长期的客户关系
任职要求:
Bachelor degree or above, major in machiney engineering ,chemical engineering or relevent.
本科及以上学历,机械工程、化工或相关专业。
Extensive experience in application engineering in a sales environment.
在销售环境中拥有丰富的应用工程经验。
Derive energy from facing challenges and provide actionable solutions.
从面对挑战中汲取能量,并提供可行的解决方案。
Fimilar with industry process and equipments.
与工业流程和设备相似。
Prefer experience in general industry, food beverages and sanitary,chemical, semiconductor and mining industry.
有一般工业、食品饮料和卫生、化学、半导体和采矿业经验者优先。
Highly collaborative individual with outstanding communication and networking skills.
高度协作的人,具有出色的沟通和网络技能。
Proven team player who has demonstrated capabilities in leadership and interpersonal skills.
具有团队合作精神,表现出领导能力和人际交往能力。
Well-developed problem-solving skills; solid organizational skills; and the demonstrated ability to be self-directed and effectively relate to all levels of an organization.
