Your responsibilities
1.Value Stream Map & Standard Operation Procedure & Standard Labour Time setup
2.New equipment & new technology study to prepare for the automation &
intelligent factory
3.Failure analysis and quick trouble shooting ASAP.
4.Improving production efficiency from overall point of view.
5.Implementing effective RCA to track improvement performance.
6.Setting up effective KPI's to follow up waste reduction and cost saving.
7.New production line setup together with Intelligent Manufacturing team.
8.Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking
responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the
business.
9.Be a part of young, dynamic and international team to search and work out
new ideas for intelligent factory, work together with project team to develop
the ideas into solutions and roll out.

Your background
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Electrical Automation, Electrical Engineering
2. 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Production lean
improvement, Operation excellence and related field.
3.Very good improvement sense and solid improvement results.
4.Know well about Industrial Engineering (lean production, operation
excellence).
5.Familiar with Intelligent Manufacturing (automation).
6.Good knowledge in medium voltage switchgear is preferred.
7.Fluent in oral and written English.
8.Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordinating skill.
9.Good team-working spirit and ability to work independently under strong
pressure.
10.Result-oriented mindset and focus on daily execution.
