Your responsibilities
* China real estate portfolio data management & data analytics - Support for
data input of facilities, resources and/or associated activities and services
required by the organization including Central Real Estate Information
Management System / Real Estate Project Tracker / Master Data ABB Locations /
ABB TRIRIGA etc.
* China Real estate performance measurement - Support for GMAS RE
transaction, RE CAPEX spending monitor, OCC cost measurement and RE OPEX saving
implementation to achieve cost-effective improvements in real estate assets and
services to support operations, increase business satisfaction and ensure
compliance with all policies and regulations.
* Workplace management - Supervise and manage the space planning and
efficient allocation and administration of space utilization in occupied
buildings. Support the layout of workspaces for maximum effectiveness.
Consolidates dispersed locations with co-location concepts, eliminating
vacancies with flexible subleases.
* China RE function financial management - Support to function controlling
month end closing, financial reporting on time delivery with quality, cost
centre budgeting, and business review presentations.
* Continuous improvement - Benchmarking of processes, tools and solutions in
order to further optimize and standardize RE portfolio activities, optimizes
own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions,
eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.

Your background
* Bachelor’s degree, Real Estate Portfolio Management and financial
management is preferred.
* 5+ years related working experience.
* Familiar with local related Real Estate and Portfolio Management legal and
regulations, policy.
* Strong knowledge and experience in SAP and MS Office, power BI is a plus.
* Good English speaking and written skills.
* Good communication skills, project management skill preferred.
* Good problem-solving skill, approaching problems with open mind and
persistence inorder to deliver on time with high quality.
