负责公司化妆品品牌门店的日常经营管理和营销推广，提高品牌知名度和业绩，
职位描述：
1.门店形象和品牌形象的管理，；
2.门店销售，带领门店店员达成销售目标、做好销售计划、销售数据的分析；
3.门店库存管理包括进销存管理、效期品管理；
4.门店员工管理，包括带教、激励、评估等；
5.在工作过程中始终探索可持续发展的可能性和机会点，并在具体职能范围中逐步落实。
任职资格：
1.？2年以上化妆品柜台管理经验；
2.较强的领导能力和团队管理能力；
3.具备良好的沟通能力和抗压能力；
4.性格开朗，有责任心和团队意识；
5.工作积极主动，对销售工作充满热爱；
