1.处理货运/船运单据等物流操作，以及出货label等。
2．处理交办的行政方面工作。
3.英语读写良好，工作通常用英文邮件来往。
4.Office相关软件如Word, Excel, PPT及Outlook等能熟练操作。
5.在货代或物流以及船运公司工作过优先，或在外资企业或外资代表处有过类似工作经验者优先，或在相关小家电或电器行业工作过优先。
6.有工作责任心。

Job Description:
1.Need to be based in Shenzhen and work out of the office(Mon-Fri).
2.Need to handle works like as shipping documents and shipping labels and so on.
3. Need to handle administration work.
4.Need to have good English communication skills in writing and reading. Email communication is very important to this job.
5.Need to know how to use Documentation process software application like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook...etc.
6.Preferable to have similar working experience in forwarder, logistic or shipping company, or foreign companies and foreign Representative office, or small household appliances industry etc.
7.Need to have Sense of Urgency and Responsibility.
