岗位职责：
负责一线市场的基础表现检查工作，包括但不限于门店陈列、冰柜、资源投放、业务人员的执行力、流货管理等；
Responsible for basic performance check of the first-line market, including but not limited to store display, freezer, resource delivery, execution of business staff, flow management, etc.;
跟踪重大市场推广方案和异常改善方案落地，包括市场表现、促销方案落地、异常情况处理等检查；
Track the implementation of major marketing promotion plans and abnormal improvement plans, including market performance, promotion plans and abnormal situation handling inspection;
根据公司和经销商签订的各种合同、协议的各种条款对经销商的执行情况展开核查，同时对经销商的库存进行不定期盘点；
According to the various contracts signed by the company and dealers, the implementation of the agreement is checked, and the dealers' inventory is checked irregularly at the same time.
根据工作计划和要求，能独立完成舞弊案件的调查工作；
According to the work plan and requirements, can independently complete the investigation of fraud cases;
积极主动承接工作，参与跨部门的项目，展现良好的团队精神和多方面学习能力

？任职要求：
专科以上学历
Bachelor above
3年以上快消品督察工作经验
At least 3 years working experience as FMCG inspector
具备资源投放检查（陈列费用、促销人员、推广费用、折扣费用、搭赠等）、人员舞弊调查的经验
Buy experience in checking resource placement (display cost, promotion staff, promotion cost, discount cost, giveaway, etc.) and investigating personnel fraud
逻辑思维清晰、优秀的excel处理能力
Clear logical thinking, excellent Excel processing ability
学习能力良好，勇于拥抱变化和创新，良好的团队和主人翁精神
Good learning agility, embrace changes and innovation, good teamwork and ownership
良好的沟通协调和应急处理能力
Good communication, coordination and emergency response skills
