Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in the design of the company's internal system's functions and architecture, able to independently complete the design of core modules and produce design documents and related work products;
2. Assist business units in clarifying business requirements, providing business planning solutions, and architecture design solutions;
3. Optimize existing businesses technically and provide risk control solutions;
4. Participate in various project reviews, propose improvement suggestions, etc.;
5. Explore project solutions according to business needs, closely collaborate with headquarters to promote project implementation.

Qualifications:
1. More than 3 years of development experience;
2. Familiar with various design patterns, with a certain ability in abstract design, and good code style;
3. Proficient in both front-end and back-end development, familiar with JAVA/JAVASCRIPT, familiar with various mainstream technology stack architectures, including: SpringBoot, SpringCloud, familiar with common algorithms and data structures;
4. Proficient in using mainstream version control tools Git, SVN.
5. Familiar with commonly used operating system commands in Linux;
6. Familiar with at least 2 mainstream relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and proficient in writing SQL statements;
7. Strong learning ability, strong understanding, good communication skills, responsible and team spirit;
8. English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities;
9. Experience in the shipping industry would be a plus.
