职位描述】
1、根据协调、统计区域项目的招聘需求，编制人员招聘计划，组织实施招聘工作，为公司发展及时提供充足人力；
2、开发、维护、评估、分析各招聘渠道，对渠道资源进行梳理和整合；
3、筛选简历、邀约、面试以及招聘过程数据的汇总；
4、招聘渠道的开拓，包括网络渠道，内推机制，人才市场，劳务派遣对接；
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历,专业不限,人力资源,工商管理,企业管理,心理学等人力资源相关专业优先；
2、亲和力强、性格开朗、人品端正、做事认真、有较强的抗压能力；
3、熟练运用word、excel等办公软件处理各项工作事务；
4、能抗压、有目标、有激情、学习能力强；
