？ Properly handle customer quality complaints, provide solutions and cause analysis for customer product quality complaints. 妥善处理顾客质量投诉，为顾客产品质量投诉提供解决方案和原因分析。
？ Monthly summarize and analyze customer quality complaints, communicate with factory on quality issues. 每月总结和分析客户质量投诉，并与工厂沟通质量问题。
？ Provide training to industry customers and dealers. 向工业客户和经销商提供培训。
？ Provide technical consultancy/service to sales and other internal teams. 向销售和其他内部团队提供技术咨询/服务。
？ Develop technical solutions to customers and provide corresponding support for the implementation. 向客户提供技术解决方案，并为实施提供相应的支持。
？ Collect and report to Technical and after-sale service Department Manager about the market trend and competitive trend of hardware products. 收集并向技术服务部经理汇报五金产品的市场趋势和竞争趋势。
？ Other tasks related to technical support or assigned by Department Manager. 与技术支持相关或部门经理指派的其他任务。

Experience 经验:
？ More than 5 year working experience and At least 3 years’ working experience in technical service function, Preferred in industries such as hardware fittings or furniture. 5年以上工作经验，3年以上技术服务工作经验，五金配件、家具等行业优先。
？ Experience in quality claim management will be strongly preferred. 有质量索赔管理经验者优先。
？ Experience in furniture development or furniture process or furniture Design department will be plus. 家具开发或家具工艺或家具设计部门经验优先。
？ 能熟练使用 3D Max 软件，会使用酷家乐设计软件优先。
？ Familiar with SAP system will be plus. 熟悉SAP系统者优先。
