岗位职责：
1.寻找目标客户，制定与公司销售目标匹配的月度、年度销售计划，定期与BM汇报销售进度
2.负责现有客户的维护，日常客户的询价及沟通，带领销售团队寻求新的业务增长点
3.负责公司销售团队的建设、培训及日常管理，及时发现并解决部门存在问题，督促和掌握销售Team的工作进度
4.及时掌握市场动态，并制定对应的市场分析及策略
5.及时有效的与操作和财务部门协作沟通，包括但不限于客户合同审核、应收款项催收，信息更新等

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，有3年以上的物流销售经验，熟悉相关物流行业规定
2.具有丰富的物流行业经验，有一定的客户资源
3.有良好的沟通协作能力，商务谈判能力，抗压性强
4.有较强的责任感和团队协作精神，有集体荣誉感
