主要工作内容：
（A） 制定 FFA 分析计划
Implement FFA schedule for failure analysis
（B） 根据相关指导书进行故障失效分析，包括记录发现的缺陷或故障
Conduct failure analysis according to the instruction including recording the defect(s) and failure(s) found
（C） 根据相关指导书书写FFA报告
Prepare FFA report(s) according to instructions
（D） 在工程师的支持下汇报分析结果
Report test result(s) with support from engineers
（E） 协助研发实验室实施随着 FFA 分析
Assist R&D lab. with implementation of FFA

岗位职责：
（1）在不损坏其他部件的情况下拆卸失效部件。
Disassambly the failure part without damaging other parts.
（2） 从退货样品中收集相关失效数据，如产品信息和故障信息
Collecting data from return samples like product information and symptoms
（3） 检查样品并报告故障模式/异常
Inspect samples and report failure mode/findings
（4）管理FA样品，并根据其他部门的要求协助进一步分析
Manage samples and assist with further investigation as required from other departments
（5） 必要时向上级汇报相关问题或者异常
Escalate problems when necessary
（6）对客户退回的产品进行故障分析
Perform failure analysis for customer returned products
（7）服从主管安排，配合团队完成任务。
Follow and conduct work according to 6S (SEIRI,SEITON,SEISO,SEIKETSU,SHITSUKE,SECURITY)
（8） 遵守6S（SEIRI、SEITON、SEISO、SEIKETSU、SHITSUKE、SECURITY）并开展工作
（9） 践行 GNA 实事求是精神 – 包括：以客户为中心，防患于未然
Practice and promote GNA Best practices – incl. Customer focus, Risk based thinking,
（10） 对所使用的流程进行评估，并为持续改进提供意见。
Conduct evaluation on processes used and provide input for continuous improvement.
（11）协助品质工程师处理质量问题
Assist QE to handle quality issues

学历要求：
- 高职以上学历，工科专业优先
- 全职

专业要求/经验：
- 良好的产品拆卸经验和技能
- 英语阅读和写作的基本要求
- 熟悉失效分析方法和意识
- 任务管理能力
- 良好的工作态度和责任心
- 3年以上电子行业QC工作经验
- 基本的计算机技能，熟悉Microsoft办公工具
