岗位职责：
1、负责项目机电设备设施系统调试、查验、返修跟进工作；
2、负责配电房、中央空调机房的值班运行工作；
3、负责中央空调系统维修、运行管理工作；
4、监管承包方对空调维保工作，及时做好相关记录和汇报工作；
5、及时、保质、保量完成日常报修及设备养护工作；
6、完成上级临时交办的工作任务。

任职资格：
1、中专及以上学历，具有空调制冷设备操作维修证书及电工证；
2、具有3年以上写字楼物业设备维修工作经验；
3、熟练掌握制冷、暖通空调、给排水系统常规设施维修、保养技能，能独立完成操作及常见故障维修；
4、具备良好的责任心、沟通协调能力，能够独立处理各类临时发生的事务。
