Main Accountabilities
1.Handling CCRP timely and effectively to minimize customer dissatisfaction,
enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by cross-company, cross-functional or
cross-organizational coordinating.
2.Fulfilling CCRP KPI target, AOT/ROT/COT/AVG. open days
3.Analyzing customer complaints and other customer feedbacks, identifying
opportunities for product, service and process improvement
4.Participating in customer feedback collection, resolution and improvement of
major quality issue
5.Leading major improvement project, especially for repeat case
6.Ensuring other related quality activities according to the CCPR plan
7.Ensuring other items as assigned by QMD manager or CCRP manager

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1.At least 5 years’ working experience in quality or product areas
2.Good knowledge and skills in quality, production, product or project
management
3.Knowledge in Power system, electrics and mechanics
4.Common knowledge on power switchgear and apparatus
5.Common quality management statistical tools and methods
6. Skilful in problem solving by using statistical techniques
7.Prefer to familiar with power system and switchgear structure
