职位描述
ROLE PURPOSE
The individual filling this role will act as the ITBP for respective business units to proactively pinpoint and understand pain points, support global and Local Digital & IT team for prioritizing and promoting IT projects, processes and development according to IT portfolios.
S/he must be technically competent, collaborative, hands-on self-starter with strong communication, design thinking, and project management skills.
Meanwhile, this role should have a good understanding in manufacturing and supply chain management processes within SAP eco-system, uphold quality and drive design with constant engagement with IT and business team on application architecture, implementation, data security, data analysis.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ Proactively pinpoint and understand business pain points, ability to turn business needs into functional and user requirements, develop IT project charter and statement of work to clearly articulate the comprehensive business use case
？ Work with business key user to sort out the business process and requirement analysis, preparation of process documentation, consulting, and training of local key user
？ Design new process and optimize existing processes together with the global IT and process solution owner team in Germany
？ Partner with the 3rd party vendor to ensure effective delivery of IT related project (e.g. new warehouse management) per budget, timeline, and service levels.
？ Influences and partners with business team to understand business strategy, manage and align project roadmap and portfolios, interacts on a regular basis with business team and leadership to ensure needs are understood and IT updates are communicated on a consistent basis (e.g. Manufacturing Automation, MES implementation project)
？ Must be able to work with multiple project teams simultaneously and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment with good understanding of changing control procedure and agile operation & maintenance. (e.g. New handheld device usage in Plant)
？ Act as SME to establish structure to share knowledge, best practices, and new technologies,
？ Drive the evangelization, education and advocation on how high-quality digital user experience connects to tangible business results, builds brand equity, and consumer loyalty.
？ Drive continuous service improvements by identify optimization opportunities that impact business experience, case handling, case volume, and case age.
？ Understand overall service offering and assist in developing and executing future support strategies based upon business demand, financial constraints, trends, and new technology.
Requirements on knowledge & skills:
？ Minimum 8 years working experience on SAP S/4 HANA with MM/WM/SD/QM/PP/TM/EWM modules
？ A good understanding of SCM processes in the areas of order processing, materials management, production.
？ College degree, major in computer science / supply chain / engineering
？ Good English skills both oral and written
？ Ability to present solutions convincingly and in a structured manner in English language.
？ Ability to train user in logistics processes.
？ PMP certificate is a plus
？ Knowledge of project management
？ Knowledge of Business process and requirement analysis
？ Knowledge of local digital trends and ecosystem (Smart Factory, BI+AI, etc.)
？ Experience in managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and procuring IT equipment.
？ Excellent communication skills with strong attention to details and highly organized.
？ Experience in consumer goods or manufacturing industry is preferred
