As an AP Accountant, you will be part of our organization, and you are responsible for "Ensuring all activities are carried out according to the laws and regulations, policies and procedures of the company and to practices generally accepted.”
Your key responsibilities:
* Be responsible for AP matching process;
* Audit vendor invoices and employees’ reimbursement and complete entries into SAP and other ERP system;？
* Follow up and solve invoice disputes;
* Prepare payment list timely as per company schedule;
* Handle monthly accounts payable sub-ledger closing;
* Work closely with finance team to improve accounts payable process;
* Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

What should you bring?
* College degree or above, Finance Management/Accounting/Economics/Japanese
* Good communication and writing in Japanese
* 1+ years working experience in Accounts payable;
* Familiar with SAP system;？
* Good MS office skills (word, excel, PPT);
* Logical thinker with ability to be both analytical and detailed;
* Strong commitment to work & quality and team player;
* Have unquestioned personal integrity and professional ethics.
