岗位职责:
1、对接客户，协助甲方人事进行客户企业员工的招退工、工资结算及发放，每月按时准确操作；
2、办理客户员工各类人事手续，如社保、商保、公积金相关问题答疑及操作；
3、处理客户公司员工关系和工伤事务；
4、管理客户对应的福利体系的日常事务和客户公司员工人事档案资料并及时更新；
5、每月准时核对和制作各客户账单并完成开票寄出等手续；
6、定期制作和维护工作相关报表及台账；
7、领导安排的其他工作。


任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历，人力资源、法律、工商管理等相关专业背景优先；
2、熟悉国家人事政策、法律和法规；熟悉薪酬福利管理和人力资源管理基础知识，熟悉人事工作全流程，有1年以上相关经验优先；
3、良好的EXCEL数据报表制作能力，熟练运用函数；
4、良好的沟通表达能力和组织协调能力；
5、工作严谨细致、沉稳有耐心，有较强的服务意识和责任感；
6、组织将迎来快速发展阶段，需要较强学习能力和上进心，热爱人事工作。
