YOUR TASKS
* 1 Working
within the project teams according to project management principle as the
Operations core team member作为运营部核心团队成员，根据项目管理规定与项目团队一起项目管理工作
* 2 Agreeing and
following up targets with the Project manager in terms of quality, costs and
timing in agreement with the superior and taking existing processes and methods
into consideration. Providing timely project decisions and identifying critical
paths in order to establish prioritized
actions与项目经理在质量、成本和时间方面达成一致并跟进目标，并与上级达成一致，并考虑现有的流程和方法。及时做出项目决策并确定关键路径，以便制定优先行动
* 3 Ensuring
that the project targets are being achieved or overachieved simultaneously or
with the priority to selected dimension确保项目目标同时实现或超额实现，可按优先度选定的需实现的维度
* 4 Defining,
planning, coordinating and monitoring project maturity, internal tasks / work
packages within the production team by using predefined methods and
tools使用预定义的方法和工具，定义、规划、协调和监控项目成熟度、生产团队内部任务及工作包
* 5 Defining
members of the extended production team with the help of the functional
departments and moderating the production team incl. conflict resolution with
functional departments在职能部门的帮助下确定扩大生产团队的成员，并协调生产团队，包括解决与职能部门的冲突问题
* 6 Guide and
advice the development responsible concerning production related options / and
improvements at new developments and modifications of products with regard to
optimum cost and quality就与生产相关的选择/以及产品的新开发和修改的改进，就***成本和质量向开发负责人提供指导和建议
* 7 Ensure the
procurement, pre-acceptance, final acceptance of
production equipment according to the project milestone
requirements确保生产设备的采购,预验收,终验收满足项目需求
* 8 Preparing
Run @Rate, obtaining assessment and all needed documentation for process
approval. Responsibility for the organization / qualification of the start of
production准备Run@Rate，根据需求准备产线Run&Rate,确保所有相关文件完成以便开始量产条件
* 9 Involvement in
internal and external project related audits参与内部和外部项目相关审核
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
* 1 Bachelor
degree, 5 years and above working experience/本科学历以上，五年以上工作经验
* 2 Has
technical background/experience in machine build (from graduation or work
experience)/有产线设备建设经验
* 3 Has project
management background/experience (from graduation or work
experience)/具备项目管理经验优先
* 4 Has
background in automotive (PFMEA, PPAP, Milestones) is preferred/具备汽车行业背景优先
* 5 Fluent
English, both speaking and writing./ 流利的英语口语和写作能力

HED坐落于厦门火炬高新区同集园集成路1446号厂房***层，其致力于汽车继电器等汽车电器及汽车电子控制产品，主要生产S2,Micro等型号的继电器，广泛地应用在汽车的控制系统、门锁系统、车窗升降、天窗控制、座椅调节、车灯控制、冷却系统、ABS系统，也可用于工程车辆及其他自动化控制设备中。

 

公司主要客户有上海大众，一汽大众，上海通用，现代汽车等整车厂；德尔福汽车线束，汕头YAZAKI等汽车配件一级供应商。

 

Hella(Xiamen) Electronic Device Co., LTD(Abbreviation HED) was co-founded by Hella Group. It registering at Xiamen in August 2011. It produce automotive relays and other automotive electronics control products. Its shareholder is Hella KGaA Hueck& Co. Hella KGaA Hueck& Co. is a wordwide level automotive electronics supplier. It posses leading automotive electronic design, development and manufacturing technology.

HED is located at 1st floor NO.1446, Jicheng RD, Tongji Park, Huoju Gaoxin Dist, Xiamen. HED will produce automotive relays and other automotive electric equipment, automotive electronic control products. It mainly produce S2, Micro and other type of relays. These relays are widely used at automotive control system, lockstitch of door, car window’s up-down, top window’s controlling, chai’s adjustment, car light’s controlling, cooling system, ABS system. And these relays may also be used in engineering car and other automation control equipments.

The company’s main customer is VW Shanghai, VW Yiqi, GM Shanghai, Morden Car and other OEM plant; Delphi automotive’s wire harness, Shantou YAZAKI and other automotive replacement tier 1 supplier.
