物流专员职责和工作内容：
1.管理和监控从供应商到客户的货物和服务流程。
2.制定并实施物流计划和流程，确保货物和服务的高效、具有成本效益的交付。
3.与供应商、承运商和其他服务提供商进行合同谈判。
4.监控并报告供应链绩效指标，如准时交付和成本节约。
5.管理库存水平并确保记录的准确性。
6.处理客户订单并确保及时交付。
7.与内部和外部利益相关者沟通解决问题。
8.发展并维护与供应商和客户的关系。

物流专员要求和资格：
1.物流、供应链管理、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位者优先。
2.良好的英语沟通能力，英语六级及以上优先
3.至少1年物流或供应链管理经验。
4.熟练使用Microsoft Office套件，包括Excel、Word和PowerPoint。
5.出色的组织和沟通技巧。
6.能够独立工作并主动承担责任。
7.具备对物流系统和流程的了解。
8.了解库存管理和预测。

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. The Logistics Specialist will manage the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics systems and processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Logistics Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
1.Manage and monitor the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers
2.Develop and implement logistics plans and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
3.Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and other service providers
4.Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics, such as on-time delivery and cost savings
5.Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of records
6.Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
7.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
8.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers

Logistics Specialist Requirements and Qualifications：
1.Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
2.Minimum of 1 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
5.Excellent organizational and communication skills
6.Able to work independently and take initiative
7.Knowledge of logistics systems and processes
8.Understanding of inventory management and forecasting
