资格要求：？
1.供应链管理、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位。？
2.1年以上采购专员或类似角色的经验。？
3.良好的英语沟通和人际交往能力。？
4.对战略采购原则和实践有深入了解。？
5.出色的谈判和沟通技巧。？
6.能够分析数据、趋势和市场状况。？
7.熟悉采购软件和工具。？
8.注重细节，具有良好的组织能力。？

We are looking for a highly motivated sourcing specialist to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones. The sourcing specialist’s responsibilities include sourcing goods, materials, and services at competitive prices and advising upper-level staff members on which suppliers to contract with. You should be able to maintain and update the supplier database and find alternative suppliers if the existing ones are
unable to meet their obligations.？
1.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.？
2.Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance, quality, and delivery.？
3.Identify potential suppliers through market research and networking.？
4.Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality standards, and reliability.？
5.Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.？
6.Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements.？
7.Analyze supplier proposals and contracts to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.？
8.Work to achieve cost reduction targets through negotiations and process improvements.？
9.Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to align sourcing strategies with overall business goals.？
10.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies to make informed sourcing decisions.？

Qualifications:？
1.Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.？
2.1+ years of？experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar role.？
3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English？
4.Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing principles and practices.？
5.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.？
6.Ability to analyze data, trends, and market conditions.？
7.Familiarity with procurement software and tools.？
8.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.？
9.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
