Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in develop and maintain comprehensive training and development programs that support the organization’s goals and workforce plans.
协助开发和维护全面的培训和发展计划，以支持组织的目标和人力计划。
2. Assisting in analyzing employee performance and identifying gaps in skills, then developing and delivering training programs to address those skill gaps.

3. Managing the learning and development budget, ensuring effective use of resources.

4. Tracking training metrics and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of development programs.

5. Partnering with department leaders to identify performance needs and recommend future training programs.

6. Collaborating with external vendors and trainers to establish relationships that benefit the organization.

7. Pioneering initiatives that focus on employee engagement, diversity, and organizational culture.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education Level: Bachelor‘s Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:
5+ years of experience in training and development, employee engagement.
