岗位职责：

1. Lead the problem solving for customer quality complaints with 8D methodology

？ Consciousness of lead time: closely follow the progress of 8D analysis, ensure the tasks finish on time;

？ Consciousness of teamwork: Work as 8D team coordinator, to drive problem solving with cross-function teams efficiently. Necessary leadership / communication skills is required

2. Coordinating the implementation of containment for customer complaints.

？ Consciousness of lead time: target to finish the containment in 48hrs.

？ Consciousness of teamwork: coordinate to prepare the containment working instruction / coordinate labor force for containments / coordinate the data collection & result summary for containments

3. Weekly / Monthly summary(statistical summary) for responsible customer complaints

？ track and total manage the progress of each tasks;

？ follow the on-going actions after D6 finish;

？ follow the improving effectiveness after 8D analysis

4. Participate the monthly meeting with Corporate Customer Quality teams

？ preparation of status reports (including responsible data tracking / critical cases brief introduction)

5. Necessary visit to customer’s site, to better support the problem analysis by information collection / on-site discussions

任职要求：

1. Bachelor, engineering related education background

2. At least 3 years experience

？ Strong experiences in the area of QM methods (8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, FMEA,CP)

？ Experiences in project management(leadtime & teamwork consciousness)

？ Basic excel statistic skills

3. English (smooth technical discussion / presenting in corporate meetings)

4. It’s better to have working experience from different companies;

Working experience from automotive industry is a plus;

Advanced excel data analysis skill is a plus;
