SALES EXECUTIVE 销售经理
JOB PURPOSE
To develop sales and agent activities. With an analytical approach create overview of potential business opportunities and optimize processes as well as profit. Make sure operational processes and prices meet and exceed the customer needs.
开发销售渠道和代理资源。通过分析法开拓潜在整体的业务机会, 并优化流程和利润。确保操作流程和价格达到并超过客户需求。
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
? Create and maintain on-going sales & agent business;
开拓和维护正在进行的销售业务和代理业务;
? Manage daily quotation requests on all modes of transport received by agents and prospects;
负责每天处理来自代理商和潜在客户的各运输方式的报价请求;
? Ensure profitability on all requests;
确保所有的报价保有利润;
? Participate in relevant events & meetings with agents and customers;
参与代理商和客户的相关活动及会议;
? Liaise with operational departments to find best solution for any given transport;
保持与业务部门的沟通，提供***的运输解决方案;
? Create and maintain relationships with agents and customers;
与代理商和客户建立和保持良好的关系;
? Keep yourself updated with market situation in general for all modes of transport;
确保自己掌握相关所有运输方式的最新市场情况;
? Must be able to act according to defined targets including meeting KPI and budget;
必须能够根据既定的目标行事, 包括达成 KPI 和预算;
? Other works arranged by line manager.

PERSONAL CAPABILITIES & EDUCATION
？ Minimum 3 years related experience in freight forwarding operations or sales.
3年以上国际货运代理操作或销售经验
？ Responsible, Reliable, Well-organized, Honest, Team-player, Customer oriented
负责, 可靠, 有条理的, 诚实, 团队合作, 客户导向
？ Excellent presentation skills
优秀的表达技巧
？ Self driven with ability to work independently with given tasks

？ Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English, written and oral

？ College Degree or above
大专及以上学历
