YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
-To guarantee the completion of all procedures that provide the customer with a clear training, implementation for the Supply Chain & Manufacturing Solutions(IPPS, ICE, Fastener, HTL equipment installation and maintenance)
-Manage relationship with key vendors/factories, provide consultation for key customers to meet RBOs’ needs and improve compliance. Audit for security project report and checking.
-Meet the service level agreement, provide consulting / technical support to the customers in Asia. Cooperate with the customer support team for trouble shooting, work out for the appropriate resolution, and make sure the proper procedures for escalation.
-To provide sales support to the customer by facilitating the sales orders and conducting professional pre-sales visit/ quality customer services. (TBC)
-Backup level support for other region if necessary
-Work with other operational teams to ensure the collaborative teamwork
-Second level support for the formatting and sampling, work on the installation procedure (new and existing project).
-Ensure the equipment pre-testing done before shipping to customers.


WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
-University graduate in the field of Mechanical, Electrical or IT engineering
-2-3 years of field service engineering experience in manufacturing industry
-Experienced in working with electromechanical machine / Computer hardware is a plus
-Fluent in spoken and written English is a must
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Self-Discipline
-Must be a computer literate, software programming knowledge is an advantage but not essential
-Willing to travel and support customers remote regions in Chin and overseas
-Station in China
