工作职责：

• Develop and increase IPM sales with Sales Team与销售部门共同开发及提高IPM销售额
• Lead large potential customer projects, cooperate with all departments and customer 与各部门及客户共同合作，主导大型销售项目
• Promote Würth IPM product range and system solutions by customer visit拜访客户，推广伍尔特IPM产品线及系统解决方案
• Provide technical IPM product service to customer 向客户提供IPM产品技术服务

• Extend product know-how in new range 扩大新品类的产品知识

• IPM product training IPM产品培训

• Develop new local supplier with other departments 与其他部门共同开发新供应商

• Sales experience 5-10 years / 5-10年的销售经验
• Sales and market knowledge about industry production material and IPM products 具备工业生产物料和IPM产品的销售及市场知识
• Lead large potential customer projects, cooperate with all departments and customer 与各部门及客户共同合作，主导大型销售项目
• Product knowledge in tools, consumables, PPE 具备工具、消耗品及个人安全防护产品专业知识
• Technical and application knowledge about industry production material and IPM products, able to advise and support by customer side 能在客户现场提供技术和应用支持
