As a RE Portfolio Management & Data Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Real estate performance to develop, data input, 100% on time delivery and implementing measures to achieve cost-effective improvements in real estate assets and services to support operations, for Robotics & Discrete Automation busines Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the RE Portfolio Director, you will support as internal partner acting as business partner to the organization regarding real estate portfolio management and data input matters.

- Supporting the real estate management on portfolio management & data consolidation for China and Hub countries
- Supporting the real estate performance to develop, data input, 100% on time delivery and implementing measures to achieve cost-effective improvements in real estate assets and services to support operations
- Supporting as internal partner acting as business partner to the organization regarding real estate portfolio management and data input matters
- Serving as technical support on application of total asset management (TAM) and advisor and spokesperson for the organization on matters relating to real estate operations
- Performing investigations into new real estate methods, materials and techniques and performing cost-benefit analyses. Ensuring the most effective utilization of facilities, equipment and staff
- Supervising and managing the space planning and efficient allocation and administration of space utilization in occupied buildings
- Ensuring that all activities led by Real Estate are undertaken with all necessary safety control measures to mitigate and eliminate hazards/risks

- 3 to 5 years of Real Estate Portfolio Management & Data Analysis experience
- Familiar with local related Real Estate and Portfolio Management legal and regulations, policy
- Knowledge on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, AutoCAD and Outlook
- A Bachelor’s degree, Real Estate, Portfolio Management and Data
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in English Oral and Written
