As a Quality & OpEx Specialist, you will be responsible for quality management and continuous improvement project, such as L6S, Q-Win, OpEx, Good Suggestion, etc., in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will focus on OEM/ODM supplier quality data collection and analysis.

- Dealing with customer complaints effectively and analyzing related product after-sales quality data. Keeping in close and effective touch with key customers from overseas or domestic
- Reviewing product quality improvement meeting, sharing customer complaint status and internal progress
- Holding weekly quality meeting with BJE, tracking the actions until it closed
- Supporting on process execution and use of tools
- Ensuring monthly KPI collection and analysis, annual KPI planning, monthly quality report and product quality analysis report
- Being responsible for quality management and continuous improvement project, such as L6S, Q-Win, OpEx, Good Suggestion, etc.
- Focusing on OEM/ODM supplier quality data collection and analysis. Ensuring product traceability realization at supplier side
- Driving continuous improvement on product quality and related processes to improve customer satisfaction

- 3 to 5 years working experience in quality control and improvement
- Knowledge on Office software
- Good documentation skill
- A bachelor’s degree or above in electronics or mechanical major
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
