1. Travel to bank counter and follow the bank payment procedure with Headquarter.
2. VAT invoices filing issues.
3. Sorting and filing accounting documents including Bank voucher,VAT invoices,purchase invoices.
4. Preopare weekly and monthly reports such as Balance sheet,cash liquidity reports.
5. Coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures and accounting principles.
6. Analyze and review budgets and expenditure.
7. Follow VAT and tax declaration issues,then prepare documents per Tax Bureau’s requirement.
8. Coordinate with Headquarter to finish yearly audit issues.
9. Reconciliation with inter-company offices.
10. To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
