Role and Responsibility:

- Review the product requirement documents and translate into testing requirements for assigned project

- Initial the test plan for new project

- Execute test and release the test report

- Maintain the test report and issue list

- Co-work with cross functional team and sub-supplier for issue tracking, conduct supplier process audit for critical quality issue, handling customer complaint with suppliers

- Manage problem solving progress, ensure project production running normally

- Issue and update the OQC inspection criteria, especially those issues found in development stage, provide needed training to OQC inspector

- Maintain the master test plan for each product category

- Support for supplier quality issues among assigned area

- Frequent traveling to suppliers are needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical engineering, polymer Science, materials science/engineering or equivalent.

- Experience on QFD, D/PFMEA, Failure Analysis, tolerance analysis and QC 7tools

- Experience on Microsoft Office

- Experience on Problem Solving Process

- Good English communication skills and team player

- Strong experience on adhesive product manufacturing process and test requirement background , or relative experience on adhesive & hot melt glue & similar chemical consumable materials should be advantage.
