1.Leads new product introduction industrialization implementation towards the execution of world class operations performance
引入新产品工业化实施，以实现世界一流的运营业绩
2.Coordinate project efforts across multi-functional team
跨部门协调项目工作
3.Ensure the timely and successful pilot production, production line release and ramp-up, providing evaluation & input at key process milestones
确保及时、成功进行试产，生产线的发布和产能提升，并在关键过程里程碑上提供评估和意见
4.Develop manufacturing process flow, effective Process FMEA, identify potential risks & countermeasures
制定制造流程，有效处理FMEA，识别出潜在风险和对策
5.Assess & monitor production stop & re-start schedule, required inventory build-up etc. together with supply chain management
评估和监控生产的停止和重启计划，与SCM一起建立必要的库存
6.Validate manufacturing process capabilities through technical audits, sample/pilot runs, capacity checks
通过技术审核，样品/试运行，产能检查来验证生产工艺能力
7.Drive component commonality via CT BOM review during NPI phase
在新产品导入阶段通过CT BOM评审来推动部件的通用性
8.Make SBP for new product introduction base on sample and test requirement and driver DFM together with EMS and internal team, Provide SBP gap analyze for project team
根据样品和测试要求以及DFM驱动器与EMS和内部团队一起为新产品介绍制定SBP，并为项目团队提供SBP差距分析
9.Support installation& implementation of testing processes, equipment and protocols providing guidance to test resources.
在测试过程中提供设备安装和协议实施支持，为测试资源提供指导
10.Train operators and production management in manufacturing process to secure the quality/productivity
在生产过程中对操作人员和现场管理人员进行培训，以确保生产质量和效率
11.Review and challenge project planning （ equipment/tooling/operator training lead time etc.） towards operational excellence standards
审查和质疑项目规划（如设备/工具/操作员培训准备时间等），以达到卓越运营标准
12.Assess and monitor development and implementation of preventive actions
评估和监督预防措施的制定和实施
13.Capture industrialization learnings and feedback to organization
取工业化的经验并向公司进行反馈
14.Be responsible for key process release and PPAP&APQP alignment
负责关键流程的发布以及PPAP和APQP的同步

Requirements
1.Bachelor or master degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
电气/电子工程学士或硕士学位
2.More than 5 years practical work experience in manufacturing environment
5年以上制造业工作经验
3.Good knowledge & understanding of manufacturing process in PCB and PCA, electro/ mechanical assembly
对PCB和PCBA，电气/机械装配的制造工艺有充分的了解和认识
4.Strong project management skill with PMP certification preferred
具有较强的项目管理能力且有PMP资格认证优先
5.Process FMEA expertise
处理FMEA的专业知识
6.Excellent communication skills
