一、岗位职责：

1、负责投标前的考察工作，及时收集各地招标信息，确保***时间掌握最新的信息

2、负责招标信息收集、报名、招标文件购买、开标等工作

3、负责组织投标工作，编制商务通用资料、技术标及报价

4、负责提供相关数据，协助销售部作出最终投标策略

5、负责及时更新商务通用资料，补充更新技术标内容，协助公司投标保证金及比选

6、负责上传投标文件，保证投标文件正确无误

7、负责保证金的回收跟踪工作

8、负责投标及比选保证金缴纳制作工作

9、负责做好部门各种报告、文件的打印、复印工作，相关资料文件文档整理归档

10、完成领导交办的其它工作

二、任职要求：

1、专科以上学历，电子商务、文秘相关专业优先。

2、熟悉计算机操作，可熟练使用Word、Excel、Adobe Photoshop、Adobe Illustrator、Adobe Indesign等软件。

3、学习能力强、严谨、做事稳重、能够严守工作秘密，有一定文字、语言表达能力和理解能力。

4、有标书制作经验优先。
