Job descriptions:

Take responsibilities of intercompany accounting in compliance with the global standard process and country regulations:

  1. Reconcile the balances of intercompany accounts payables and receivables, making the accruals at month end close 

  2. Manage the intercompany batch jobs and CCHS transactions, manually post invoices thru 3-way matching process when necessary

  3. Work with operational teams to investigate the intercompany imbalances and get problems resolved

  4. Process associated journal entries of intercompany transactions, handling the manual Debit Notes and Credit Notes as per clusters request

  5. Make periodic intercompany cash flow estimate and arrange intercompany settlement according to corporate/ country policies and payment timetable

  6. Prepare the intercompany analysis reports and resolve the outstanding issues in a timely manner

  7. Provide support to internal & external audit as required, and ad hoc request from supervisor and clusters

Requirements: 

   1.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related

   2. Be fluent in English

   3. Over 3 years accounting experience, in multinational company is a plus

   4. Familiar with ERP system and MS office, SAP experience is preferred

   5. Detail oriented, strong self-driven and stress tolerance

   6. Good communication skills and problem-solving ability

   7. Ability to adapt to Global Shared Services environment and accept to work shift according to European Time when needed
