I.          Roles and Responsibilities

    

    

1.    AMS, ACI, ENS, ISF, CCAM filing via TT or carrier website

    

在对应的网站上提交AMS, ACI, ENS, ISF, CCAM文件

    

2.    Data entry, milestone, update

    

在操作系统内录入数据并及时更新数据

    

3.    Work with finance team to issue TAX invoice.

    

与财务部门确认开票

    

4.    Documentation preparation, including B/L, billing.

    

准备提单，账单等文件

    

5.    Check local charge payment status and Courier original HBL if required

    

必要时根据当地费用支付情况，快递正本提单

    

6.    Upload BL+COMMERCIAL document, prepare report.

    

上传文件,准备表格

    

7.    Other works regarding documentation issue assigned by CS/Supervisors

    

完成客服和主管等指派的其他文件类工作

    

    

II.            Education and Experience requirements

    

    

1.      College or above

    

         大专学历及以上

    

2.      More than 1-3 years related experiences; the background for global forwarder will be preferable.

    

         1-3年货代相关工作经验, 有国际货代经验者优先

    

3.      Knowledge of ocean cargo process flow. 

    

         熟悉海运出口流程

    

    

III.           Job Skills, Personality and Competencies for this position

    

    

1.      Be patient, careful, ability to work under pressure.

    

         耐心，仔细， 抗压

    

2.      Communication skills is requested.

    

         良好的沟通技能

    

3.      Good PC skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

    

         能熟练操作office办公软件（Word, PPT,Excel等）
