As a Quality Specialist you will be responsible for daily work of Remote Center, support to improve and optimize the functions of this platform and support service business, in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will analyse and providing solution for quality issue on customer site.

- Checking PTW, analyzing worksite safety together with service engineers to avoid hazards
- Handling customer hotline, and carrying out customer satisfaction survey to improve service quality and customer satisfaction rate
- Improving and optimizing the functions of monitoring for smart and digital solution from Remote Center to support the development of sevice business
- Organizing to analyse and providing solution for quality issue on customer site

- 2 years of working experiences with strong knowledge of electrical system and products
- Familiar with safety knowledge is best
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Good attitude and service consciousness, strong analysis and problem-solving capacities
- Good communication, coordination and cooperation abilities
- Strong strain capacity and adaptability, good at brainstorming and innovation
- Good language ability of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
