工作内容：
1、开发并维护招聘渠道，统计分析各渠道的招聘效率；
2、招聘支持：岗位发布，简历筛选，电话面试并登记候选人信息，提高面试质量；
3、协助人才中心项目相关流程的梳理、标准化及沟通工作；

任职要求：

3、能保证每周实习至少4天，实习期至少3个月；
4、有招聘相关实习经历优先；
实习待遇：
1、实习津贴为120元/天；
2、岛内有免费班车 。
