1、参与和推进公司内部产品开发及相关项目，包括需求分析、界面设计、功能设计、操作流程规范简化设计；

2、负责对接业务需求部门及开发团队，协调项目的设计、开发、部署测试、验收等工作，对产品进行持续的优化与改进；

3、跟进项目落地执行，确保项目按时保质完成，并编写相关项目交付文档、目标管理总结等；

4、完成上级交办的其他工作任务

岗位要求：

1、 本科及以上，三年以上产品经理、技术架构等相关工作经验，具备独立承担项目能力者优先；

2、 优秀的沟通及项目管理能力，能有效的影响他人，有PMP等项目管理资质优先；

3、 逻辑思维能力强，具备出色的分析问题、解决问题能力；

4、 至少掌握一种快速原型工具如Axure, Xmind...熟练使用Visio，对数据库及开发常用技术有较好的理解；

5、 具备良好的主动工作意识，有责任心，积极拥抱变革；

6、 熟悉财务流程/物流/快消商务流程者优先

7、 具备英文听说读写能力者优先
