工作内容：

1. 支持人事移管与变革项目，协调人事各流程推进项目落地

2. 支持Workday系统项目，协调系统上线前后的准备工作，包括测试、培训、梳理规范和文档、用户答疑等等

3. 支持人事自动化推进，沟通需求，提升流程运营效率

4. 参与其他人事改善项目及其他临时事务

Responsibility:

1. Participate in People Transformation projects, coordinating with each People process

2. Support Workday system implementation, including test/train/file preparation/user Q&A, etc

3. Support People automation project management and improve process efficiency

4. Participate in other People Transformation projects and other work

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，有2年以上的工作经验

2. 良好的英文表达能力

3. 主动沟通与跨流程协作能力

4. 项目管理能力

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 2 year of work experience

2. Good communication skills in English

3. Communication and cross-function cooperation

4. Project management
