岗位职责：

- 负责百威亚太区招聘团队管理工作，确保招聘各项指标的达成；

- 推进招聘流程标准化，利用新的技术持续提升和改善；

- 建立清晰可衡量的招聘指标，提升招聘团队的竞争力；

- 熟悉快消行业的市场动态，建立人才地图，并及时给业务部门更新市场人才动态

- 根据招聘数据模型，进行深度的数据分析，并提出改善建议

- 与业务部门，各地人事团队保持密切的沟通和合作，共同推进招聘业务的顺利开展

- 确保招聘流程合规性

Responsibility:

- In charge of Budweiser APAC recruitment team management to ensure all KPIs are achieved and service is delivered on time.

- Finetune recruitment process by utilizing technology and business process revamp

- Define clear and measurable KPIs to enhance the capability and competitiveness of the recruitment team;

- Follow FMCG industry trend, establish talent map, and update market talent trends to business departments in time

- Conduct in-depth data analysis based on recruitment data model, and propose improvement suggestions

- Keep close communication and cooperation with business departments to ensure recruitment activties are carried out smoothly;

- Ensure recruitment process is compliant with company polices;

任职资格：

- 本科及以上学历；

- 5年以上招聘经验并具有一定的团队管理能力，有猎头或共享中心招聘经验者优先；

- 良好的中英文表达能力，沟通能力；

- 积极主动、强烈的责任心，出色的执行力;

- 良好的学习能力，团队合作精神和服务意识；

- 良好的抗压能力强，勇于接受挑战

- 有快消行业经验优先

Qualification:

- Bachelor degree or above;

- With 5 years recruitment management experience, Hunter or shared service center experience is preferable ;

- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese;

- Proactive, strong ownership and excellent execution ability;

- Quicky learner, team player, and customer-focused;

- Resilient and willing to accept challenges;

- FMCG, Headhunter, or SCC experience is a plus
