职位描述

  1. Gather and validate sales forecast. Identify abnormalities, raise alerts, adjust and align forecast with commercial owners for consensus demand. Responsible for forecast accuracy. 收集、校验销售预测。识别异常并提出风险预警，利用数据和业务知识支持事业部销售团队调整最终需求预测，对预测准确率负责。

  2. Support planning statistical model enhancement, provide input for statistical model based on market conditions and information collected from both frontline sales and commercial strategists. 支持计划统计模型的优化，基于市场情况、销售和商务策略团队的信息，提供调整模型的建议。

  3. Work closely with S&OP managers, support S&OP cycle with timely and thorough demand and supply analysis. 与产销协调团队紧密合作，提供及时、深入的需求和供应分析，支持产销流程。

  4. Review planning results, find out root causes of bias at SKU level and identify opportunities in the both planning process and techniques. 回顾计划结果，分产品了解偏差原因，识别计划流程和技术上的机会点。

  5. Participate in various projects to improve planning efficiency, support the implementation of new technology and tools. 支持各类提升计划效率的相关项目，协助新技术或工具的启用。

  6. Make long term/Short term/Scenarial based inventory projection Planning, maintain apporoprate inventory levels.

    制定长期/短期/基于情景的库存需求计划，维持合理的库存水平

  7. Identify protentail constrain of capacity (supply,sorting..)and material supply risk at each stage and propose mitigation actions to ensure sufficient supply 识别潜在能力限制（供应商产能，分拣能力等）及供应风险，制定应对措施来确保物料供应；

  8. Make package change plan according to the request of marketing/QA/ZBS/, ensure package change by request timeline 根据市场需求、ZBS、和QA要求,及时拟定相应包装物的过渡计划,并跟踪落实

  9. Communicate with region and BU to define reasonable inventory policy. 与区域及事业部沟通，定义合理的库存政策

  10. Setup reasonable FG replenishment plan and track in-transit status to fulfill sales order and keep reasonable beer age.建立合理的成品补货计划，跟踪货物在途状态，满足销售订单需求并合理控制库存的酒龄。

  11. Assist LM to improve productivity through BSC procedure optimization, automatic tool and other system method. 协助直接经理通过BSC流程优化和工具自动化等方式实现生产力提高。



  1. Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求

Education 教育

Bachelor Degree and above, majors in business, statistics, supply chain management fields are preferred.

本科及以上学历，商科、统计、供应链管理等相关专业优先。

Capability requirements 能力要求

1) 2-3 years’ work experience. Experience in demand planning, MRP and distribution planning is highly preferred. 2-3年工作经验。有需求计划、物料计划、调拨计划经验优先。

2) Critical and logical thinking, analytics and data driven. 逻辑思维较强，善于数据处理和分析。

3) Quick learner with curiosity and attention to details. Can process, organize and generalize scattered information. 快速学习，有好奇心，注重细节。能理解、整理、归纳大量且分散的信息。

4) Office Excel and PPT efficiency is a must. Experience with BI tools is desirable. 熟练使用Office Excel和PPT。BI工具经验加分。

5) Excellent communication skills; supportive team player; work well with stakeholders from different functions and managerial levels. 出色的沟通协调能力、团队协作能力。善于与不同业务背景和管理级别的关键人沟通共事。

6) Strong power of execution and pressure resistance management capability较强的执行力和抗压能力。

7) Good English Reading and Writing skills 良好的英语读写能力。
