1、协助支持招聘经理完成招聘工作；
2、协助招聘经理完善招聘体系，并负责部分文秘工作；
3、招聘支持：岗位发布，简历筛选，电话面试并登记候选人信息，提高面试质量，面试邀约和接待工作；
4、报表类数据分析工作；
5、协助人才中心项目相关流程的梳理、标准化及沟通工作；
6、项目型工作支持。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，在校大学生；
2、人力资源管理、工商管理等管理类相关专业优先；
3、能保证每周实习至少4天（可拆分），实习期满足满勤三个月及以上；
4、有招聘相关实习经历者优先；
5、细心、耐心且具备良好的沟通能力；
6、善于学习，态度积极，抗压能力较强。
