2, Acting as a project leader, cooperate with structural engineers, mechanical engineer, PCB layout engineer, and different functions including marketing, purchasing, process engineering, component engineering, approbation team, testing engineering, etc. to deliver reliable design result. 

担任项目负责人，与结构工程师，机械工程师，PCB布局工程师以及市场营销，采购，工艺，组件工程，认证团队，测试等不同职能部门合作，以提供可靠的设计结果。

3, Create documentations that related new products design, and do product performance & safety testing verify testing and have them input into system

Qualifications:

1,Bachelor degree,1~2 years working experience in electronics industry

本科学历，1~2年电子行业工作经验

2,Understanding of functional knowledge and electronic theory, broad knowledge on Power Electronics, deep knowledge of ballast/component/testing.

具备电子理论、镇流器、组件及测试知识，对电力电子有广泛了解

3, Be capable of solving difficult problems by applying defined practice /procedures and tools.

能够通过应用定义的实践/程序和工具来解决难题

4, English: Fluent in oral and written.

英语口语书写流利

5, Understand Design for Six-Sigma concept, value engineering, general industry design rule, Risk analysis, FMEA, critical path analysis, etc. and is able to use simulation tool including LT-SPICE.
