本职位工作地点为杭州，在家办公。

§ Organize visits to current and potential clients to maintain and develop  strategic relationships and enhance brand awareness. 组织现有客户和潜在客户的拜访，维护发展战略性合作关系，提高品牌知名度。

§ Gather detailed information of key clients, understand their strategic  business plans and challenges, analyze information and prioritize sales  opportunities. 收集大客户信息，了解其业务战略计划和挑战，分析信息并优先安排销售策略。§ In charge of promoting products and services, offering solutions to satisfy  key clients’ business needs and expand sales. 负责产品和服务的推广，为大客户提供解决方案以满足其业务需求，拓展销售。

§ Identify decision makers, penetrate key accounts and expand business  relationships, resolve possible account ownership issues. 明确主要决策人，渗透并扩展与大客户的业务关系，解决可能的客户归属问题。

§ Provide ongoing support to key account customers to ensure they receive  high quality customer services, increase customer loyalty. 为大客户提供持续支持，确保其收到高质量的客户服务，提高客户忠诚度。

§ Collect information about industry trend, major customer’s feedback,  competitor activities etc. and share with the organization so it can response  to the changing market conditions and customer demands. 收集并汇报行业场趋势、大客户反馈、竞品动向等信息，以便公司能快速应对市场变化及客户需求。

§ Properly handle customer complaints. 妥善处理客户投诉。

Experience 经历：

§ Rich experienced in Key Account management. 有丰富的重点客户管理经验。

§ Minimum 5 years working experience in MNC in a sales related role, working  experience in furniture, kitchen & bath, hardware accessories industry is  preferred. 五年以上跨国公司销售从业经验，家具、厨卫、五金配件行业优先考虑。

§ Strong customer base, network in related industries. 相关行业中有丰富的客户资源和渠道。

§ Passionate in sales, self-driven and result oriented. 对销售有热情，自我驱动，结果导向。

§ Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通及人际交往技巧。

§ Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. 出色的演讲和谈判技巧。

§ Project management skills. 项目管理技巧。

§ Strong sense of integrity and business ethics. 诚实，商业道德观念强。

§ Chinese driving license holder. 持有中国驾照。

§ Mandarin native, English  fluent (written and verbal) 普通话熟练，英语流利（书面和口语）。
