工作地点：厦门市思明区振兴大厦，柯达

工作性质：外包（非柯达员工）

Major Responsibilities

    

1.         Coordinate with BU & authorized customers clarifying customer’s purchase order item, quantity, pricing, requested delivery date, payment term, partner information and other relevant transaction details.

    

4.        Process sales order in SAP system and strictly follow up operation work instruction properly. Raise any issues & concerns in daily transaction to management & SAP team for solution and future improvement.

    

5.       Settle rebate, promotion via order entry in SAP and maintain the tracking report.

    

6.       Create delivery notes and coordinate shipping requirement with related functions like warehouse, logistics etc

    

7.       Work closely with logistics, credit dept. and supply chain to ensure customer order timely fulfilled.

    

8.         Process special orders ( eg. IU, GW, OR-service…) to guarantee special transactions are under internal control policy.

    

9.         Generate required transaction documents & reports: price quotation, invoice, SLS report,  etc. as requested.

    

10.       Establish & maintain harmonious relationship with customers/distributors/functional partners via daily communication, customer visit & interface meeting/presentation. Understand and satisfy their new business requirements.

    

11.       Others requested by supervisor.

    

    

Job Knowledge

    

1.         University graduate with good command of oral and written English.

    

2.         Work experience in sales support and/or customer transaction & service field.  Such as order processing, tax regulations, VAT issuance, business law, PC operation, customer complaint handling, delivery arrangement, etc.

    

3.         High sensitivity, comprehensive analysis, problem identifying and shooting capability, self-motivated.

    

4.         Basic finance and tax knowledge, Accountant qualifications certificate preferred.

    

5.         Computer literate
